Conceptualized at the start of 2019, PHILSEABOARD aims to build an open data generation, management and distribution system to accelerate science and technology access to local community and regional stakeholders.
We provide access to science-based solutions while promoting citizen science and ultimately aid in developing sustainable alternative livelihood and empower decision-making
in disenfranchised communities.

We believe in the right of every community to informed decision-making and self-actualization. PHILSEABOARD supports marginal communities to become stewards of their own environment and resources by providing them open and immediate access to outputs of research and extension, fair trade and sustainable resource-to-market opportunities
OPEN ACCESS SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT NETWORK
We see the importance of widening our networks in the scientific community and bridging them to society's marginalized sectors with the utmost need for aid and sustainable development.
PHILSEABOARD dedicates its resources to developing a unified web-hosted directory and database to coordinate past and existing research and extension programs. Through these efforts, we move towards our aim of creating an efficient data generation, management and distribution system open to all relevant stakeholders.
